Movies and music tell creative, engaging stories. To move a story forward, it's important to immerse yourself in the story. For this sound completes the picture. With clarity, detailing and a wide soundstage, SAMÃ 5000 creates a room-filling immersive effect while staying true to the storyteller's vision.
Detailed dialogue from a dedicated centre channel:
Dialogues tell the story. It is essential for this not only to be crystal clear, but also tone matched to the actor and also height elevated to meet the imaging at the centre of the screen. With DSP balance we have achieved pristine clarity and tone matching. With Dolby Atmos height rendering the dialogue seems to come from the TV, and above. The bar, essentially, disappears.
DSP balanced movie and music reproduction:
The SAMÃ 5000 balance was intricately achieved, over months, by human ears. The learnings were programmed into the in-built system DSP to deliver balanced, detailed response for both music and movies at appreciable loudness levels without any perceptible distortion. Binge watch movies and long hours of music without sound fatigue.
Deep, detailed bass from a compact subwoofer with dedicated level control:
The subwoofer not only adds low frequency dynamics but also depth and detail to deep vocals and ambient effects. This compact wireless subwoofer sits, almost hidden, to deliver prodigious bass from its compact size that takes up minimum footprint in your room.
Custom modes for movies, music, and speech:
While the DSP pages were being programmed, they were done individually for music, movies and speech application. In Movie mode there is focus on overall immersive and dynamic effect with clear dialogue. In Music mode, there are two options: Dolby mode enables the centre channel to come on, else sound will come from L, R and Sub. Both settings will provide an enjoyable experience. Speech mode subtly boosts dialogue which may be needed for older or non OTT content.
No clutter, no fuss. Smart TVs have apps in-built for high definition audio content. With a single HDMI cable (included) via eARC connectivity, you can bring that content to life with SAMÃ. There is an option for placing the bar on top of a ledge or table, or for mounting it on the wall below your TV set.
A dedicated IR remote control is provided for easy operation and functionality

Sonodyne SAMA is born from our passion for sound. In Sanskrit, "SAMA" (pronounced Suh-mah") signifies balance and harmony. To bring this vision to life, we immersed ourselves in the journey of a sound designer.
The sound designer ensures that sound enhances the visuals and keeps the audience engaged. Without a well-crafted sonic journey, the story risks losing its grip, emphasizing the designer’s critical role in sustaining immersion.
To achieve this, the sound engineer concentrates on the following elements:
First and foremost, DIALOGUE clarity takes center stage, capturing the emotional depth and anxiety of an actor’s performance through sync sound and studio overdubs. Iconic cinematic voices are unforgettable, aren’t they?
Then non-verbal sonics, like SOUND EFFECTS, are created using live recordings or high-definition libraries. These range from rain and thunder to elaborate effects in VFX-heavy productions, such as subtle horror cues or explosive battle scenes.
AMBIENCE, like background traffic or crowd chatter, captures a scene’s sonic essence. Though subtler than sound effects, it enriches the space, from party voices to audience rapture at a live performance.
ROOM TONE, the background sonic constant, ensures seamless transitions between takes and scenes. It captures the inherent sound of the shooting location, often unnoticed but vital.
The sound designer then places the MUSICAL SCORE, crafted by a dedicated team to capture dramatic movement. Iconic themes like Darth Vader’s march or Jaws’ ominous entry are unforgettable sound triumphs.
With all this information the sound engineer tirelessly crafts the final multichannel mix, creating an IMMERSIVE BALANCE that drives the story and captivates the audience.
